Navigate to the Dashboard of the the Sell Module
Total Products
This box displays the total number of products currently listed in your inventory.
Total Customers
This shows the total number of customers who have been added to your database.
Total Unpaid Invoices
This indicates the total number of invoices that have been issued but not yet paid by customers.
Total Paid Invoices
This box displays the total number of invoices that have been paid by customers.
Total Net Revenue
This represents the total net revenue generated from sales.
Total Paid Invoices Amount
This shows the total amount of money received from paid invoices.
Total Unpaid Invoices Amount
This indicates the total amount of money that is still outstanding from unpaid invoices.
Total POS Collection
This box shows the total amount collected through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Changing the Date and Year on the Dashboard
Selector:
Month: Use the month selector to choose the specific month for which you want to view data. Click on the dropdown menu and select the desired month. Year Selector:
Year: Use the year selector to choose the specific year for which you want to view data. Click on the dropdown menu and select the desired year. View Options:
Adjust the view options, such as "Month-to-date," to refine the displayed data based on your selection criteria. This helps in analyzing data for specific periods.
Graph Overview
The graph provides a visual representation of your invoicing activity over a selected period.
Top 10 Products Sold Graph

All Sold Products Overview

Product Name: Lists the names of all products sold. Quantity Sold: Displays the number of units sold for each product. Total Amount: Shows the total revenue generated from the sale of each product. By examining this section, you can gain detailed insights into the sales performance of each product, helping you make informed inventory and marketing decisions.
Unpaid Invoices Section
The lower section of the Dashboard is dedicated to actionable insights:
Unpaid Invoices: This critical section lists invoices due, customer details, and amounts, paired with convenient 'Resend Invoice' or 'Send Payment Reminder' actions to manage receivables proactively.
